About Us
Ken Delage, PE
· Ken received his BS in Civil Engineering in 1999 from Penn State and his MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
· From 2000-2006 he served as a Naval Officer in the submarine Nuclear Power Program. He became a licensed Professional Engineer in 2006. Since then he has been teaching engineering for Germanna Community College in addition to serving as the lead pastor at Mercy Hill Community Church in Spotsylvania Courthouse.
· Ken was grandfathered into YES in 2020 by his mentor William (Bill) E. Lehmer, PE. The company was originally providing engineering services for residential construction, remodeling, and stormwater management.
· In 2023, YES saw a need in the community, and began specializing in stormwater management inspections in the Spotsylvania County region.
Ivy Huff - Customer Service Specialist
· Ivy Huff graduated from Liberty University Online Academy in 2022. She completed an internship in social media marketing.
· Ivy was hired as the Administrative Assistant for Mercy Hill Community Church working for Ken Delage.
· Ivy was recruited to spearhead customer service for YES in addition to her administrative role.
